American Furniture Warehouse AFW Refused to replace damaged furniture Glendale AZ

Purchased a sofa table and stools.  Waited three months for delivery.  Watched the delivery men push the table off the roller cart and scratch the top of table. Asked to return the item and was told by delivery men to keep it until customer service sends the new one.  Asked to see the notation of damage and was told there was nothing to sign or notate but they would let customer service know and we needed to also call customer service.  When we moved one of the stools the top almost fell off.  We called customer service and was told they would not replace it but send out a repairman to see if he could cover the scratches and fix the stool.  We paid for new furniture and wanted it replaced.  Was told that was not an option.  They would only send out a repairman or give us a discount of $75.  Are you kidding me?   Won't ever step back in this store and will ensure we share with everyone how horrible this store is.
