American Freight Chattanooga Javier Javier was very "flip" & unprofessional re:layway. He appeared to think it was "funny" that layway was completely paid out and they did not have the merchandise in stock. Chattanooga Tennessee
I was very disappointed with the layaway process at the American Freight Chattanooga Tn location. This was not explained that they would not have your merchandise when paid completely out when date agreed upon and payments were made on time. The salesperson Javier had a very unprofessional attitude in my opinion and appeared to think this was funny. I explained to him if the $300 already paid on this merchandise would not be lost I would walk out of this store & never return and make sure friends or family would never do business with them again.
