American Financial Very rude, hung up on me. Cannot explain why late fees on account. just that I need to pay them Memphis TN

Called to try to make payment online, but will not recognize my info. After talking with 3 different people, they explained that. Now have late fees that they cannot explain, gave 3 different reasons that they might be on account.

They are rude, hung up on me. Do not do business with this company. As a nurse, I could never imagine being rude like these people were with me on phone. Bad customer service. Watch your account close and question all fees.

 If you paid past the due date, you were late and as such, you give yourself late fees.
