American Airlines Cancelled flight due to Flight Crew being over on hours Ft Worth Texas
Flight Cancelled last minute by American Airlines without an alternative flight for 2 days. Requests for reimbursement for non-refundable hotels was denied. American cost me $228.41 for their inability to get a crew to fly. According to gate Agent, the Crew had "timed out" and couldnt fly anymore that day and no backup crew. I have requested (numerous times) to be reimbursed for the expenses I incurred due to American Airlines incompetency. Was told (also uploaded) that there was "not enough evidence to warrant a reimbursement." American should be liable for these costs that were out of my control but had to be paid.
