America Online ripoff victimized many consumers in poor billing habits Dulles Virginia
Double Billings for the same Acct. I reported it they said a refund would be issued that was 2 yrs ago. I never received the refund but at least they had quit billing me after I had cancelled all Accounts with them. But now they have been billing my Mother's phone bill when she aready has a different service provider and has never had an account with AOL. And they will not give us any info of the Acct. or tell us who started the Acct. Or cancel the Account.
