Amazon.ca Schlage, Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 1N8 They sent wrong item. I returned it. Now they say I returned wrong item and will charge me. I would not return it if it was right part.
They had right part on cardboard box(Badly wraped) but wrong part inside. I returned it. They made refund. A month latter they say they will charge me since I returned wrong part.
I talked to diferent people with no luck. So they say I am a lier and thief. I am 62 year old businessman. Not sure what else I can do.
