I received several billings from Alyon for some adult site. I, as others, blamed my son-not having a clue how he could get on under his parentally controlled screen name. He swore he did not do it-I didn't believe him. I knew I hadn't been on any adult sites and seriously doubted my 12 yr old daughter would go to such a site.

I e-mailed Alyon because it was after hours, never recv'd a response. I called them after hours and left a message because they claim someone will call you back the following business day. No response. I finally found a quiet place at work because this is not something you want to discuss in an area where everyone can hear-and they basically told me that I couldn't prove I hadn't been on that site and threatened to send me to collections, then proceeded to hang up on me.

I called my local phone company because somehow, they got all of my personal and mailing information through the phone line of my computer. They informed me to contact the Better Business Bureau and after reading some of these other reports, I will also be contacting the FCC, Attorney General's Office in Georgia and Georgia's local Television Stations.

I TOO WILL NOT PAY THIS BILL AND WILL PROCEED WITH A LAWSUIT IF THIS APPEARS ON MY CREDIT.
