Complaint Review: Alpha Credit Enhancement

I recieved an email from this company offering me a credit card for a onetime fee of $300.00 . The package that was sent to my address was not a credit card.I called the number that was given and was told to simply write refused on the box and send it back for a refund.Three weeks later they claimed the box never got there.Then the person at the phone number that you have to call tells me that I only have 60 days to get a refund and that is from the time they first mail it.It took them 3 weeks to get it to me,so by the time I found out about the 60 days it was too late.I contacted my bank to see if they could help,no such luck.

These people are crooks and the phone number given leads you back to a bunch of thier helpers that tell you that there is nothing they can do to help,they just answer the phones.The whole lot of them should end up in a jail cell for thier scam.
