No air conditioning in the rooms.
No window screens on the sliding glass door or windows.
Dated decrepit shower, toilet, and bathroom area with junky fixtures and chipped tiles.
Lots of water damage to carpets, walls, electrical outlets, and in bathroom areas.
Dishonest and evasive efforts to collect/bill utilities from those who sign a lease with them.
They did and still do market units for lease long term when in fact they refuse applicants for no just cause, and have no intent to lease them.
They had me come all the way out there for no reason, and after collecting my ID info and other data on an application form with no intent to lease. The unit still is empty despite my being told they leased to someone else, etc.
This ends up being various frauds and theft for fees, wants to have people travel there to view, and then collect and have them do who knows what with your personal and banking information etc.
Much damage to wood surfaces such as pool decking, and other functions around the property.
The fraud alone is enough to say these people are out of business.
