The man, the dirt bag, the scum bag, the d****e bag has been found guilty. That makes me very happy. It's an extra special Christmas gift for all the victims, myself included. I take lots of comfort in the fact that Miguel "Mike" Perez will face the consequences of his crimes. If only he were smart and took a plea deal like his wife and son. I look forward to the sentencing hearing and find out what the sentence will be. What every it is, he deserves it. Woo h*o!

Bailey Perez is not involved in these scams at all!! She no longer lives on any of their properties and has cut all ties with them!!
