Complaint Review: All Tune And Lube Brakes And More

All Tune And Lube Brakes And More I paid this company $339.79 to install brakes on May 8, 2008. I began to hear the brake drums making noises days ago and took the car back to the company this morning. The owner, Edmond, stated that he never worked on my vehicle. I told him he did in fact work on my vehicle. I had to leave to catch a train to work and left the car there. The company is refusing to check my brakes. Seabrook Maryland

I paid this company $339.79 to install brakes on May 8, 2008. I began to hear the brake drums making noises days ago and took the car back to the company this morning. The owner, Edmond, stated that he never worked on my vehicle. I told him he did in fact work on my vehicle. I had to leave to catch a train to work and left the car there. Upon my arrival at work, I telephoned the company and spoke with Edmond again. He then remembered me and had a major attitude about the fact that I left the car there without an appointment. he told me he would not be able to get to my car today because I did not schedule an appointment. I explained to him that my brakes are loose and making a rattling noise since his company fixed it. The description of service on my receipt is as follows: front brake service; semi-metalic pads; service caliphers (2); recondition rotors.

You had FRONT brake work done. Now you need REAR brake work done. The two are NOT the same.

I have posted my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We might not be able to get our money back but the BBB has a place that we can post our complaint and warn others. Let's at least do that. I told them that I was going to be a thorn in their side and I never break a promise.

You claim the drums are making noise. Those are in the rear of the vehicle.

You also admit your invoice shows the front brakes as the ones repaired by ATL..."The description of service on my receipt is as follows: front brake service; semi-metalic pads; service caliphers (2); recondition rotors."

You have no claim.
