On November 18,2010 we recieved a letter from All City management Group to purchase out timeshare in Plya De Sol, Mexico. Letter of offer for $19,900.00 was signed by Richard Whitman, ACM Manager.
Charges of 8% commission For the selle to pay. We signed this and sent it back requesting a breakdown of how they came up with a price. We never recieved a breakdown of such.
The escrow compnay was Realty Executives Escrow, located at 119 East Lakeside St. Madison, WI. 53715 Website: realtyexecutivesescrow.com and email: escrow@realtyexecutivesescrow.com
A wire trnsferrequest was emailed to us asking for us to wire taxes for Mexico because the property was located in Mexico. Account # , cable # and swift Code #, international Bank JP Morgan Chase. Location: 10430 Highland Manor Dr, Third Floor, Tampa, Fla, USA 33610
$ 1,990.00 was wired to Escrow, by Seller.
