Complaint Review: All American Monuments

Sadly Nancy and All American Monumnets (who are not American at all) prey on people who lost a loved one. They will not deliver your monument. They will take your deposit then fabricate story after story until you give up. 6 monhts turns into 12 turns into 18... No communication, false promises, no proof of production... yet she continues to stay in business preying on Eastern European immigrants in North East Philadelphia.

Please look at Yelp, BBB, and womply... reviews speak for themselves. My family has already communicated with several people who are going through the same process before and after Covid, and becuase of the emotional state, most dont have the strength to fight with this company. A good friend of ours said he has been waiting for over 2 years and has not seen evidence of his mother's monument. How can this company be allowed to continue ripping people off, especially those who lost a loved one... Sickening!

Shady to say the least as well, they are located 12041 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19116 but the website mentions nothing of Philadelphia, says Serving the New York and New Jersey area for over 22 years.

We dont want our money, we want our monument. So sad. Now we need to order a new monument. We lost 18 months and cant even do unvelieing. Next step is court and hopefully the media. We hope to  expose Nancy and All American Monuments.
