Complaint Review: All American Dish network In Indianapolis IN

I was guaranteed a $100 gift card by All American Dish network, I became a new customer on 10/13/18 with this guarantee of the figt card and a two year contract. I called 12 weeks ago and dealt with a extremely nasty individual at 1-800-245-5899 by the name of alvin. I was given the run around and told it would take thirty days.

Called back today to find out where my gift card was told me something about an email sent from ELITE, I scanned all my emails and nothing from them or ELITE. Now he is claiming too late can't get it.

This is a scam plain and simple, already filed a complaint with the better business bureau. If you also have had the same issue with this company of on Indiana please contact the BBB and report it, This company is not to be trusted, what they guarantee they are not supplying, if enough people contact the BBB maybe they will make them abide by the guarantee and force them to give their customer's what they are promised.
