Whirlpool oven overheated during self-cleaning mode and blew a fuse (stove design problem.)  Company made an appointment, and never showed up.  Then Shawn the "technician" showed up for the second appointment to fix oven after self-cleaning mode overheated the stove and blew a fuse (stove design problem).  He immediately said it was caused by incorrect installation by the contractor (not enough air space on sides and top), and that it probably would not be coverend under warranty and would have to pay All American Appliance for the repair. 

Checked installation guide for oven, and the spaces around our oven far exceed the minimum requirements called for by the manufacturer, so I immediately concluded that his business practices were shady, and he could not be trusted.  We contacted Lowes, the store we bought the oven from, and requested a different repair company.  After this experience, I found a lot of online comments from different sites for customers that had similar experiences.  After reading their reviews, and the one on this site from the former employee, I have reason to believe that there may be criminal activity going on here.
