We purchased ten bean bags through Ali Express. We did so, believing their Buyer Protection Policy. ''If your item is significantly different from the seller’s product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item."

However, the items we received were nothing like what was described. Alibaba assured us they would rectify the situation. But after two long chats with them, they then denied any liablity and refused to assists.

It amazes me, that in 2015, such a large company can make blatantly false and misleading claims on their website. And then be not remotely interested in honouring them.

DO NOT BUY THROUGH ALIBABA OR ALI EXPRESS. THIS COMPANY IS NOT INTERESTED IN ANY CLAIMS AND WILL NOT HONOUR THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
