AIG Travel Insurance Travel Guard, Aon Affinity 3 months and still waiting for airline ticket refund. Have submitted all necessary forms and AIG still giving us the run around Stevens Point WI

Booked travel insurance for airline ticket through Expedia. Insurance was through AIG.  Have been waiting 3 months for refund. AIG now wants us to get Expedia to send us email saying ticket is non-refundable. I already had sent AIG our itinerery with NON-REFUNDABLE circled! from American Airlines. All required forms were submitted with original claim.
