When you terminate month-to-month no contract digital service with Aerial, they fail to turn it off and continue billing you for service for two or three months after, even when you cant use the phone.

They give you the runaround, sending the account to different collection agencies who increase the alleged debt, then placed derogatory info on your credit report when you dont pay.

They refuse to correct the problem, but instead refer you to different offfices and supervisors. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT GIVE A s**t ABOUT YOU.
