The staff and chiropractors are nice.  Typical course of treatment was generally 3 times a week for the first 4 weeks and then anywhere between 1-3 times a week for up to 4-8 weeks.  If you are an existing client and want to cancel or leave, they will try everything they can to keep you on schedule.“The Top Flight Club is reserved for the best.

This exclusive club of offices collecting more than $40,000 per month is now made up of more than 500 members.”  As you can see it’s all about the numbers and money.  It is interesting to see the various marketing techniques chiropractors use to get clients through the door. 

Often times this can be misleading or a front to gain your trust and your business.  While working at a Chiropractic Clinic, we would hire marketing professionals also called practice representatives.  The primary goal of these individuals is to go out to the community and recruit patients. I feel this is by far the most manipulative and aggressive way to reach out to patients. 

I’m sure you have seen these “confessions” before, but you may not have realized that they involve the use of a standard template.  The questions are actually written out for the patient or doctor to address.  While employed, we were instructed to only get those who truly believe in chiropractic or those who have had “Huge Successes”. 

If we did not find anyone to meet that criteria, then we would seek out the help of friends, family or significant others.
