THE COMPANY SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT. THEIR SUPPORT LINE IS MUSIC ONHOLD AND THEN VOICEMAIL. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO REPEATED EMAILS BUT HAVE AN AUTO-RESPONDER THAT SAYS THEY RECEIVED THE EMAIL AND WILL RESPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS. AFTER WEEKS THEY DON'T RESPOND.

THERE ARE NUMEROUS LISTINGS ON THIS SERVICE ABOUT THEIR VIOLATIONS.

THERE IS AN FTC COMPLAINT FILED ON THEM.

THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED IN THEIR OWN OPERATING STATE - VIRGINIA
