They have a new method to get people 'enrolled' into their services. They had developed phony web sites where they make your believe they have information about careers like nursing, paralegal, online degrees, etc. This way people 'easily' provide vital information like email and phone number. Once they got it then they bill your phone company and argue that on this date and time someone and your IP address someone had 'registered' into their services. Just outrageous! I am calling them to get 'this service' canceled and charges reversed. Also called ATT to block these charges and they say there is no much they can do to prevent these 3rd party providers, by law they have to accept it, of course they can't because it's easy money for them also (commision for handling these charges). We should write to our lawmakers to reverse laws that allows third party providers to slam charges into our phone bill. Having a phone should not be worse than having a credit card.
