Adam Rentscheler (ANL Consulting Service / ANL Fiber LLC / A N L Contracting) claimed he was a good contractor. We allowed him to move in one of our rent houses, with a 1-year lease. He offered to do some of the work in the house that still needed done. Our MISTAKE, we didn’t check his reference’s and also gave him credit before the work was done.

When he moved out, everything we gave him credit for had to be redone. It was to the point that what was attempted was so poorly done that the materials we purchased had to be repurchased and reinstalled.

CONSUMER BEWARE: ADAM RENTSCHELER IS NOT A GOOD CONTRACTOR!!

Please see the attached receipt we received from Adam. It shows the work he was supposed to do along with the amount of credit he received for the work. Unfortunatly, we gave him the credit before the work was done. And as you can see from the previous pictures, not everything was done and what he did do was so poorly done that it all had to be redone.

The work that is pictured was to be assisted by the lanlords provided handy man. I tried many of times i have multiple text messages to coordinate with him because that was part of the agreement. This report is bogus and the lanlord making the report is just trying to make me look bad.

The agreement was for me to do some work and has handyman that works for the owner to assist he rarely ever showed up to do his part. It comes down to the landlord not wanting to pay for extra stuff that was needed.
