Action Packaged, Inc./NewEgg.com Fraud
I bought an Hp Officejet 4500 with a 4 year warranty through Newegg, provided by Action Packaged, Inc. The package arrived, looking like it had already been opened and returned. I wrote Newegg about the appearance; crickets. The alignment function didn’t work, I told Newegg; crickets.
I contacted Action Packaged, Inc and was told to leave my email address; crickets. I called Hewlett-Packard about the warranty. Hewlett Packard didn’t have the serial number or product number registered. This has cost me $500.00 and I will not let it go.
