Acs trucking/ Andres Sundbakken Ripped off Spring Texas
He ripped me off for more than that back in 2014. He would book the load under ACS trucking and send me a rate confirmation under ACS logistics pretending to be a broker. Melissa is his wife. Apparently nothing will happen to them and they will just continue ripping people off.
