ACF Wholesale After Order Cancelled, no refund Columbus Mississippi

On February 11th of 2022, we placed an order online for a couch from https://acfwholesale.com, for $1,248.57 USD, and paid with a credit card.  Once the order was placed, we were informed the couch was on backorder.  We waited until August 2022 (checking in every month on status) and always received the same answer, on backorder, no estimated date, or an estimated date that always got pushed out.  In august we cancelled the order and were told to expect a refund in 11-14 days.  It is now January 2023 (5 months since cancelling the order) and we still have not received a refund, and continue to get the same response (if any) from the business, that the refund department is still processing this.  So, at all stages of our order, we  have just been waiting, with no action from the business.
