Ace Wigs The Original Wigsite Refused to issue refund for returned product Internet

On 7-8-2016 my wife ordered a wig from Ace Wigs. Upon arrival she looked at the produce and did not like the color and sent an email saying she wanted to return it for credit against exchange. When our USPS tracking number showed it was delivered she called to see about the credit. They told her that after inspection that the return was in terrible condition and they would not issue any credit.

She told them that when she seen the color she did not take the wig out of the netting and sent it back in the original box. Ace again said no credit. I did a follow up call later that same day. The guy I talked to told me the same thing no credit and that the product was already sent back to us. When the product was received by us the package had handwritten on it "refused return to sender". My feeling is that Ace either lied to us about inspecting the product or to the US Postal Service.

To inspect the produce they would have to open the package and to refuse delivery, and return to sender the USPS requires that package must not have been opened.
