Accubyte ripoff Sent me a Slot A motherboard went bad, sent me another, bad out of the box Elmhurst Illinois

I had purchased a Gigabyte Slot A M.B. w/ extended warranty in February 2001 and it worked for less than a month. In March 2001 I called tech support and they sent me a second one "pre-tested" with printout. It was bad out of the box. They sent me a third Slot A M.B. in March and I received another "pre-tested" board which was bad out of the box again.

I called them again and explained it to them and sent it back waiting for a replacement. I waited and waited and in July I called talked to a new guy and he changed it to a Gigabyte Socket A with processor. When I received it it worked for about 2 months and then it would not power up.

Between September and December I kept calling tech support and either got a busy signal or ring no answer. I tried calling the sales number but I was told only the tech support people could help me.

In December 2001 I finally gave up and purchased the same model motherboard locally and I still have it in use today.
