ACCUBYTE.COM Sent me a dead motherboard /cpu combo (Pc Chips)refuses to acknowledge e-mails or the fact that I sent it back doesn't answer the phone either-ripped me $102 consumer fraud rip-off Elmhurst Illinois

Ordered a motherboard/cpu combo(Pc Chips) and it arrived dead.Tried to call the company 10-15 times and the line was busy so I e-mailed them 3 times for a RMA number with no response.

Then I sent the mobo combo back with instructions to call and sent more e-mails.No response.

This company sounds like a fly-by-night outfit that should not be allowed to list items on Pricewatch or anywhere else.They should be prosecuted.

I have filed with the Better Business Bureau of Northern Illinois and believe an attorney specializing in this kinda thing may be the answer.
