Complaint Review: Accell

Accell won't refund my money back.

I purchase a cable descrambler from Accell company and it doesn't work and I call the company they told me to send it back.

I send it back for a refund. They have a policy for 6 to 8 weeks for refund and now it's been more than 4 months now, they did not refund me money.

I called them many times before and they keep lieing to me day every day. I filed a complaint to BBB in there area and the BBB send them mail but was return. They called the company, the company phone won't allow them to call them at their area code.

So, they gave me the Attorney General phone to call. I called and can't get help from them either. I still didn't get my refund back. I saw your site and hope I can get somehelp.
otherwise they will get away with my money...
