Acaipure acaipure web charged my HSBC orchard bank account 44.85 instead of 4.95 will not answer calls or emails Internet Internet

acaipure website charged my HSBC orchard Bank account $44.95 instead of $4.95, and I did not receive any product, I emailed and tried calling , and never heard any response or received any product. I contacted HSBC Orchard card, and they removed the charges.

Then 2 weeks later, product arrived, with a note attached, returns unauthoirzed will not be credited to accounts, still unable to reach anyone by phone.

This month on my Orchard Bank account, I have another charge for 39.95, and an additional charge to a 29.95 to a fit-fac.com unauthorized and again HSBC has removed the 29.95, but this appears to be neverending! This company must be stopped from ripping people off!

I am still negotiating these charges with HSBC, dread what next months statement will have on it.
