Above ground pool CONSUMER ALERT!!!!!
CONSUMER BEWARE
If you are in the market for an above ground pool, whatever you do, DO NOT purchase it from Recreational Factory Warehouse located in Fort Myers, Florida.
We purchased one from them almost two years ago and have had
nothing but problems with it. The side and post rusted out and we have been trying to get the parts for six months. They keep telling us they'll be in "in a few days" and we are still waiting.
We have had to replace the liner two times, thanks to the their
contracted installer, who definitely DID NOT set it up properly.
They charged us $669.00 the first time, then charged us $100.00 to install a new liner. Now they want $300.00 to reinstall pool that is defaulted.
I think you will agree that they have treated us very badly. ALSO, they charged us another $45.00 for parts that would not have needed changed if we wouldn't had to replace the pool wall.
So if I where you, I would think twice before you deal with them.
