Complaint Review: ABC Distributing AKA LTD Commodities LLC

I wish I would have found your website before I placed an order with this company! Every item ordered was shipped individually with an average $7 per item ship/handling charge!

I tried several times to call their customer service line to cancel my order but the line was always busy. I requested by email that they stop any further shipments but they sent them anyway and never even acknowledged the email I sent. My order with them was $56.70 and they charged me $27.50 in shipping fees. Over 50% shipping and delivery!!!

I should have known something was wrong when I was placing the order. I never got to a "check out" screen to enter the payment and finalize the complete order showing all charges.

Based on other comments posted, I'm sending them payment for the items I've received so my account doesn't go to collection but I am definitely marking it paid under duress.

This is a MAJOR RipOff. From other postings it appears that this company's plan is to ship one item at a time. They do not disclose that items will be shipped individually or what the shipping charge for each item will be. If they had, I definitely would never have placed an order with them.

BTW, 2 items out of the 4 I ordered were broken and I had to glue them back together. The quality of the items I received weren't very good either.
