abc Appliance Rescue Robert Perez Diagnosed problem with Samsung Dryer. Paid $225.00 for his time and the part to be ordered. Could not get him back to do work & part. Royal Palm Beach Florida
Robert Perez, abc Appliance Rescue came on 5/21/18 he diagnosed the problem with our Samsung Dryer. He said he would order the part thru Amazon. Cost of time and part $225.00. We paid a check to him.
We never heard from hime, we repeatedly left messages until his voice mail was full. Eventually we contacted him 5/29/18 he promised to be with us that afternoon. No show. We continued leaving messages. I then called from my cell, which he did not know that number. He immediately text me and told me to call him later. I called him from my cell he was shocked it was me. This was 6/1/18 he promised to be here that day. No show.
Voice mail was full every time I called after that. On Sunday 6/3/18 went to address on bill. The lady there said it was an assisted living home. We then went to Royal Palm Police station where we met with an officer and started to make a police report. When we left the officer I saw he had tried to call my cell. I called back, he said he would call me later. Never did. I called him on 6/5/18 he actually answered and promised to be with us that afternoon. Did not show.
The officer we made the report with came to our home with disturbing news about Mr. Robert Perez. We are now dealing with the police on this matter. This is obviously a scam. We have discovered he has no lisence to operate this business. He also has a police record.
