Complaint Review: Aarons Rental And Lease

Okay, my dad bought a stove from Aarons and was really over charged, but that's besides the point. My Brother leased a PS3 from Aarons and moved out of state to Florida. 3 weeks ago a paper server came to the house to file suit papers on my brother, but since he wasn't here and had moved, he wasn't able to sign for the papers or suit.

Now a Lawyer called today and said that Aarons had a lawsuit out against my dad for the PS3, saying that he had signed the papers for the playstation 3, though I was there the day my brother leased the system and he signed it in his own name. So watch you, Aarons will forge signatures to get the money they want.
