My late mother rented a 40 inch LCD TV since the month of December of 2008.When she passed away on April of this year,Aaron's have held me liable of paying for the TV even though the account is still in my mother's name.I have paid for the TV for 6 months,but I have stopped due to discovering problems with the TV such as scratches and it constantly vibrating.
 
I have called them to ask if I could please trade for another TV and finishing my payments that way or repair it.They have told me they could not do either,so I asked if someone could pick up the TV since I will no longer be paying for it.They have told me they will arrive on Friday(November 6) to pick it up.They have not arrive on their date and I have called them everyday to ask about picking up their TV.They have given me set dates on when they claim to come pick up their TV and have not kept their word.
 
They claimed they are on the road and are doing errands,but I have kept record of all the recent phone calls they have made(including today) of for me to call them back or asking about payment for the Tv when fully aware I have told them ahead of time that I want to return it.
