I wanted this man to reset the diamonds on my wedding ring. After great discussion, we came up with a design. Well, when I went to pick it up (after many, many delays) it was not what I wanted.
He said he made what HE wanted because HE thought it looked better than what I selected. I told him I did not like it. He told me to wear it a week and if it did not "grow" on me he would redo it.
Well, I took it back to be redone. After many, many more delays about five months later I went in and demanded to have my ring back, ready or not. He did not want to return it to me!!! I had to threaten to call the police to get my ring back and now it is
in pieces and I have to find another jeweler to repair it for me. And, this bozo refuses to give me a refund.
So, I guess it is off to court that I go. But, please, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. Apparently I am not the first one this has happened to as he made a comment to that effect when I was trying to get my ring back and he didn't want to give it to me.
