I recently purchased a 1987 chevrolet blazer
from a company called "A-Able auto" in Milwaukee
Wisconsin. The day after I purchased this vehicle
which was supposedly safety checked for major
problems the housing on the transmission came
off, and I immediately pulled over as to not further damage the transmission. I called up the dealership and told them what had happend, and they instructed me to tow it in, so I did. They told me they'd look at it and begin repair the following week. A week goes by, I call back, and they haven't even looked at it yet. I let it slide for another week, call them back, and they inform me I'd have to call at a later time for more information. So I call back YET ANOTHER WEEK LATER and still no work has been done. They tell me they've located a transmission from another truck they planned to acquire, and though my patience is running thin at this time, I agree to wait 10 days for them to begin work. 10 days pass, and still no work is done. Nothing but run-around and excuses. I'm still in the process of trying to get them to repair it but I really don't know what to do so I thought I'd see what was available on the internet. Companies like this don't deserve customers.
