First I went to a local sleepys were I purchased a mattres that the salesmen talked me into for almost 1400.  When I got home I looked up the mattress and found out that it was worth a 400.  When I called to cancel the order sleepys offered to sell me the same exact product for 650.  By this time I did not want to deal with this company because they were so clearly trying to rip me off.  (Charging more the double what the mattress was worth). Then I called 800mattress (Not knowing they are owned by sleepys) ordered a mattress it was delivered. 

The delivery men left before I could inspect.  When I did I found that my queens size bed was more like a full size.  I immediately called to have the delivery people come right back and take this defective mattress away --and was told I must leave a message with the salesperson -- who surprise surprise - never got back to me. In fact still did not get back to me.  Then when I finally called back the third time I was told they will not pick up the mattress I can get a different mattress.  I do not want to deal with this company I requested a refund because the bed was defective they said that was not possible. 

So I guess that it is my fault they sent me a defective bed?  Any ideas?  I disputed the charge with citibank but I don't know how that will go.  Oh ya arent monopolys illegal.  The owners of sleepys also own 800mattress and usmatteress if I were buying a bed again I would not use any of them as it is now I have to get them to take this one back and I will go ack to my old mattress before I deal with these scam artist again... Word to the wise do not deal with them in less you want to get ripped off.
