     I ordered roses from 1-800-Flowers.com on 01/27/2014 for delivery on 02/14/2014 am delivery time.  In addition to paying an extra fee for scheduling the delivery on Valentines day, there was also a $19.99 charge for the delivery.  As of 02/15/2014, no roses, no email or phone contact from the vendor, and no one available to speak with at the customer service number.  After calling the customer service number, a recorded message states that no is currently available, then hangs up. This is the 2nd time I've been burned ordering flowers, it WILL NOT happen again.
