Complaint Review: 24-7 ride

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

We contracted with this company to pick us up to go to LAX as well as from LAX and back. After booking this on 9/3 we were immediately charged for both pick-ups on 9/4. Our first pick up was on 9/21 at 5am. I called on 9/20 to confirm that everything was scheduled and they confirmed and said that they would send an email with drivers name and phone number which we did receive. The following morning 5am came around and NO DRIVER. Just crickets. I called 10 times and text messages went unanswered. I called reservations and just got looped into some recording. We got stuck driving to the airport like crazy people in bumper to bumper traffic as well as rain. It was INSANE. To no avail we missed our flight and and had to try and get on another flight at our expense of $150.00 plus we lost a whole day in Hawaii AT OUR EXPENSE ONCE AGAIN. We called this company at the airport since we were stuck there ALL DAY UNTIL 2pm and they said they would refund the money no apologies NOTHING! Upon return I called them to find out why they had not refunded our money and the said OH IT TAKES 30 DAYS. REALLY! So now I have to file a dispute with my CC company. more frustration and time. Please look at all the YELP AND BBB REVIEWS. I am taking this so called DARY (owners name) to small claims court for my own satisfaction so other people aren't taken by this FOOL he is a fraud. I will be sure that I uncover every stone and file reports with every entity. My family is in law enforcement and I will be SURE THAT HE IS SHUTDOWN!
