We had the same Problems with them. They double billed our credit card and when we called and e-mailed them no reply. I think we should all get together and
call attorney generals office in Fla and see about charging him with credit card fraud and false advertising !!!

To whom it may concern,

As per our contract, that you signed, you are required to give 30 day notice upon quitting our service. The second charge that you consider "double billing" is for payment of your last month of service. Our contract can be obtained again for your review. We do apologize for any inconvenience, but are confident that we have done the correct thing.
