1 800 GOT JUNK stole items from my house --lied about the price Berlin Maryland
This was one of the worst experiences ever! First they called and changed the time twice. Then they called and changed the day followed by them calling again and changing the time on the second day. When they arrived their truck was 3/4 full and they told us they might not be able to take all of our junk. Half way through removing the junk they told us they were going to have to charge more. We argued and they agreed to honor their original quote.
But, they stole stuff from my house. I did not realize this until after they left. I have had many conversations with the local and corporate offices. Because the workers deny stealing my items the company refuses to do anything about this. So much for bonded and insured.
